I was super excited to try Yoli after reading about so many people's success in losing so much weight with Yoli. I was extremely skeptical but decided I wanted to give it a try since i have about 15lbs I am trying to lose. The first week was a struggle, i was SO hungry. The first week I only lost 3lbs which was alittle discouraging, but i kept at it. Second week and thereafter, NOTHING. I may have lost 1 inch on my thighs, but that was it. The pure capsules make my tummy make weird gurgling noises all night and the ThermoBurn pills smells SO BAD it makes me want to puke taking them. (In their defense though, my husband says that thermgenic pills are suppose to be very potent smelling) I can say that the CHOCOLATE shake isnt too bad, but i would recommend skipping the VANILLA as it is BLAH. The protein days are so low in calories that it must have messed up my metabolism because once i finished Yoli, I gained my 3lbs back and THEN some. SIGH. But I gave this two stars as I think the supplements gave me a little more energy, though nothing major. The only way i noticed is because after my 30 day supply, I do feel a little sleepier on my morning commutes. In any case, I just finished my 30 days and I am wondering how does this money back guarantee work because this did nothing for me!
