I just love this back bender: it opens up my back, abdomen and chest, producing complete relaxation. Sometimes I use it with a pad and sometimes without a pad, because coming into direct contact with the wood also feels good on my spine. The first time I lay on it, I heard quite a few pops as my spine aligned, and the second time I got on it, my back popped so many times in so many places it was amazing.

I have been using an inversion table for many years; this whale bench provides a completely different experience from an inversion table, although I'm sure that using the inversion table regularly has helped me to prepare for using this whale bench. I feel completely stretched out after using it.

One caveat: this one isn't made for a very large person to stretch on: it's only 16 inches wide. There are larger versions for sale; just look around. But if you know what you're doing and you're used to yoga-type postures and stretches, this is an excellent investment.

InstructionsSHAKE BOTTLE WELL
1) Wash the hair twice with KC Clarifying Shampoo. Rinse well and towel dry.(For very tight curls & virgin hair: leave the shampoo on for 7-10 minutes to ensure that the hair cuticles are ready to receive the treatment) 2) Blow-dry hair with moderate heat. Blow dry 50%.
3) Part hair. Apply KC BIO Treatment with a color brush section by section. Do not over saturate. Complete each section by combing root to tip to distribute the treatment evenly and ease any excess for the next section. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
4) Standard blow-dry using medium heat. 5) For ultimate shine & easy brushing: apply KC Silicon Shine & Cure Hair Serum sparingly thoughout the hair.
6) Use flat iron with a maximum of 350-450 degrees Fahrenheit / 180-230 Celsius temperature. Start at the nape of the neck. Please use caution when working with thinner and lighter hair.
7) Wait for the hair to cool down after the final flat iron process and was hair with KC Post Shampoo & Conditioner. Style. Do not leave on. The maximum time allowed on the hair is on night though unnecessary.
