Just got this bench from Amazon for my mother who is 82 years old. The key was that it fit our requirements as it was narrow (~15 inches)and her shower/tub has sliding glass doors with a narrow opening. It is so, so well made, sturdy, and the leg adjustments you can move up and down with one hand. We chose not to put on the back of the bench which worked for us. The groves in the top of the bench remarkably kept the water from going onto the floor outside the tub. This is a top notch bench. Very easy to put together; instructions easily understood.
