Having used both manual and digital Jamar grip Dynamometers, I can say there's no difference to the weight, feel and size.
I bought this one as a gift to my attending/ chairman on completing my residency.

Pros: Easy button operation, large screen is easy to read (not back-lit). It has the same heavy feel as the manual model, which you want for grip strength durability. Worked very well right out of the box. Nice black plastic carrying case with handle, interior foam insert.
Fancy digital features include saved measurements, averaging, variances etc.
A digital grip/ pinch set can easily reach 700-900$, so this was quite the value.

Cons: price
In general, digital will be on the order of double the manual price. Manual works just as well just usually requires reading a small-interval dial. I will rarely if ever use averaging, coefficients, or other digital features. I guess this is useful for serial measurement comparisons.

Overall: Very well priced digital grip dynamometer with carrying case, some advanced digital calculation features. Consider a less flashy manual dial model for greatly reduced price.

Because I have had to live with impaired vision for many years I use a high-quality 4X magnifying glass for most reading. After searching many online sources to find mag-glasses in the 6X to 8X range to help me to read very small print, I couldn't find any that had about a three inch diameter acrylic lens. While looking through the listings here on Amazon I noticed the electronic magnifiers and started reading the reviews. This company's product wasn't reviewed here on Amazon yet, but I did find reviews on other sites.

The build quality of this product is excellent and well worth the higher price as compared to other electronic magnifiers. The screen image is very clear and makes it easy to read very small print in magazines. The clear plastic stand that comes with a magnifier holds it at the correct distance above the printed material for easy reading. I was somewhat concerned that it would be difficult to move the magnifier across the page and then easily find the next line down. In actual use this is not a problem. When you get to the right-hand end of the line you just center it in the screen and move rapidly to the left, which makes that line into a dark blur and allows you to easily find the left-hand edge of the page where you just moved down a little to the next line. The other feature that I like about this mag-viewer is that it uses standard AAA rechargeable batteries.
