Oticon Streamer Pro Review

I've owned the streamer pro and its predecessor for several years. It is great when it works especially for phone and tv, although it works great wit my iPod too. Problem is with the streamer pro. I am on my second replacement under warranty and have only owned the pro for 6 weeks. I've noticed a distinct decline in oticon products recently. Not sure why, but their products are horrible - agile hearing aids and the streamer pro. Both are unreliable. I've spent many thousands on these products and just wish I could get assistance from a customer support person before having to make a costly appointment with my provider.
