Yea, it's really expensive, but it's safe and effective. Maybe you just want a regular colon cleanse? Don't buy this, if that's the case. If you want an uplifting, highly integrated approach to a holistic body/mind/heart cleanse, this is the way to go. Meditation and yoga practice is heightened on this cleanse.
