The product is being used for muscle massage and relaxation. Worked wonders to stimulate sore muscles to help in relaxation. I thought the unit was going to be smaller than it is but it is okay for the 10 channels and attachemnts it uses . You can stimulate just about every muscle in the body at one time. bigger than most tens units. not for travel, but good for home use. would definately recomend for others 1st time user but have used other units for a while. this one allows a lot of hookups. Only four types of stimulation settings but they satisfy the needs.
