While I've always liked and used various types of Tide in my clothes washing machine, I recently tried both regular scented Tide with Acti-Lift and Tide with Touch of Downy "High Efficiency" April Fresh Scented with Acti-Lift and I was actually very pleased with both--these two products do a better job at removing stains on clothing, towels and more.

The smell may not be the very greatest for the regular scented Tide; but with the April Fresh scent and a bit of Downy mixed in I really like it--and the scent is not too strong! This has my clothes super clean the first time around and as free of those ugly stains as possible. If there's still a slight remainder of a stain, I simply wash it again and the stains come out completely the second time around.

Of course, if you are allergic to scents, you wouldn't want to use this product. Keep looking for another clothes washing detergent that is unscented. And, if you can, try looking around for other places that sell Tide with Downy/April Fresh Scent/Acti-Lift that may well charge less for the detergent.

I highly recommend this product. It gives my clothes a pleasant smell that's not overpowering. Moreover, it's superior to regular forms of Tide without the Acti-Lift component; the Acti-Lift makes Tide very good at removing stains.
