My wife (a massage therapist)and I have been using the Back2Life for several months whenever we overdo in the yard or garden or even lifting. We find it is very easy to change the leg height adjustment to fit our different heights. The self-timed interval does seem about right. The gentle motion barely lifts the weight out of the back muscles and increases relaxation and prevent the long term stiffness we often had experienced following the kinds of activities listed above.
