Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Moisturizing Balm 1.7 oz Review

The directions say to rub it in your hands to warm it up before putting in on. I tried this and the product didn't get softer or just soaked into my dry hands, maybe. I used a lot the first time to get it to cover my face and neck; it's way too expensive to have to use so much. After awhile (10-20 minutes?) the product softened and I could rub it in. But I didn't like the idea that I had to wait so long with dry, itchy skin to get to moisturize my skin.

Perhaps this was meant to be used with her serum or something, but the directions didn't say this and it's too pricey to have to have another product with it. It didn't give me any allergic reaction, though.
