I have this chair and the foam has not held up very well... it is very flat after having it less than 6 months, the leather feels like it's man made. I had bought this chair because of the price and to replace my Human Touch Perfect Chair that I had to sale before moving. I had that chair for years and loved it. The Inner Balance chair does not even come close to comparison to the Human Touch Perfect Chair. I definitely got what I paid for, I would've bought another Human Touch Chair had I known about the poor quality of Inner Balance.
