I have been pumping iron for 40 years. I'm still pumping although my maxes are less. I have tried many products over the years. Most don't work well, for me. As I have gotten older I realized that the days required for recovery have increased. In the beginning it was every other day. Then it became every third day. However, this product seems to make it every two days. Immediately after the work out I take 1 tbs in 8ozs of milk with two tbs. whey. The results have been very good. Better then with whey and milk alone.

Have used this cuff for thirty years. It has always been accurate, easy to use and I love the fact that I don't have to worry about the gauge being twisted or folded away and unreadable. It takes no more pumps than any other manuals.The dial air release is very controllable to use with thumb and finger. Tyco has always checked it and changed seals when needed under warranty. Just got this bench from Amazon for my mother who is 82 years old. The key was that it fit our requirements as it was narrow (~15 inches)and her shower/tub has sliding glass doors with a narrow opening. It is so, so well made, sturdy, and the leg adjustments you can move up and down with one hand. We chose not to put on the back of the bench which worked for us. The groves in the top of the bench remarkably kept the water from going onto the floor outside the tub. This is a top notch bench. Very easy to put together; instructions easily understood.

I love this little bot, its deep cleans really well. The only thing is when its in deep set stain, a full tank of water solution only cleans two spots. However the Surface stain does just as well and takes less time. I bought this used so I don't have the attachment but I sure wish I did. The only down fall with this little guy is that it makes clean circles if your carpet isn't all the way clean. Be warned on that but this is great for those random stains, great for rental homes and quick fixes.

The Feather Artist Club DX Japanese razor is an exceptionally well made tool. It's made of heavy stainless steel and has a thick and tacky rubber handle, which give a confident feel in my hand. The fact that there are no scales to flip around and hold between fingers also make it easy to use.
The blades are held securely by a stiff spring clamp, and I've been using the Feather 'Super' blades and getting nice results. All the Feather blades are extremely sharp, but I wouldn't say "too sharp" as I've read in some reviews here and elsewhere. The fact that I don't have to hone or strop is a bonus, as it always took lots of time (which I'm always short of), and I never achieved the edge that I wanted.
So far, I'm enjoying my new razor, and plan on keeping it in use from now on. It's so well made, that I don't think that longevity will ever be a problem with it, and I'll probably teach my son to shave with it when he's old enough.
