Most mobility scooters and chairs have solid rubber tires and no springs or shock absorbers. There are streets here that have rough pebble surfaces and they shake the teeth out of you if you try to use them. Even sidewalks cause them to chatter as you go bumping along.
You feel every sidewalk joint.
Also, when replacing batteries,do it yourself or have a handman do it. It's lots cheaper. Open the battery case (if your specs don't tell you the "size" battery) and find the size and order from Amazon battery supplier. This will cost less than half as much as buyng from the scooter companies and local reps.

I was able to get larger charge batteries for my GoGo. I found the ones that came with it were UB12120 (Universal Battery 12 volt, 12 ampere-hours per charge.) This means you can go longer and in my case up longer, steeper hills than with the original.
