I just used this unit for the first time. I bought it to save money waxing. I'm not a professional but decided to try it. The video is helpful but I need to practice with the temp. of the wax. Had some trouble getting it to smooth on and I did not get the hair at the root. May as well have shaved. I like the unit and found it easy to use. Need to order more cloths however, not enough for a beginner like myself. Overall, I'm glad I bought this unit. Already have saved a lot of $$'s
